We’ve already talked about AirPrint and how it enables iOS 4.2 users to print wirelessly straight from their iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. One issue though – there are very few AirPrint-compatible printers on the market right now, which means most printer owners who want to use AirPrint need to buy an app that accesses a non-AirPrint printer through a network-connected Mac or PC. Fortunately, HP recently added direct AirPrint compatibility to a few of its Officejet e-All-in-One printers. Here are the new additions:

You can view the full list of AirPrint-compatible printers at HP.com. In any case, it’s good to see the roster expanding, although it kind of feels like HP and Apple are in collusion. Hopefully we’ll see other OEMs step up with their own AirPrint printers in the near future.
